Worst service experience ever!!
I have given my POLO car( Numbered with KA05MQ7387) to Volkswagen service station in Mysore. To verify the engine heat alert sign which was showing to me. Initially they took 1 month to get it fixed and charged me 46000. But issue was not resolved, i got the same problem after passing showroom gate. Then, I have given my car back to recheck the same . Its been 2 more months long now. No update from service station, No frequent followups, Careless staff. I'm gonna share this feedback across all social media. I Didn't expect these kind of service from Volkswagen India. I need immediate call back from concerned people/team.
