Looks great and styling is brilliant. Minimum lines/curves and maximum flat surfaces give it a sophisticated and plush look which might not appeal to everyone but lack of glitter does make it a better design. Styling too is good and the car would not loose its looks for atleast next 4-5 years. Word of advise - Keep it simple, more costumization degrades the appeal of car.
Comfort is good especially with features like seat height and steering column adjustment. But, there is a little lack of comfort for rear passanger, mostly for the middle one. Still, slope in rear seats ensure maximum comfort. Other than that the front seats are comfortable and even after a poor sleep, a drive of 150 km doesn't tire or exert the driver. Word of advise - With passangers on rear seat, shift the front seats forward and allow proper space at back. They need it more than front passangers!
Pickup is a little slower then its competitors, but still is good enough and ample. 3rd gear acceleration feels a little sluggish especially on low rpm but gains momentum quickly. Overall, not the best car if you wish to accelerate quickly but makes up with its top speed. Word of advise - No need to accelerate unnecessarily, this car might not win you a short drag race but proper acceleration will pay you in the long run.
Although, in the first month I didn't find the mileage even close to 14 or 15 kmpl because I used to drag it till 3000-3500 rpm before shifting to higher gear. But later when I drove it with decency and shifted gear at 2000 rpm the mileage figure shot up and the car returned 17.3 kmpl in city! On highway at 140-150 kmph with air-conditioning set to auto the car returned figures of 16-17 kmpl with consistency. Word of advise - Shift gear at 2000 rpm (max) and shift to 5th gear at the earliest, but don't skip gears and unnecessarily use cluch. Also, try not to change gears until needed.
Best Features: No doubt, INTERIORS and SAFETY. The company has made no compromises here by providing standard airbags (both driver and passanger), ABS, childsafety lock and rock solid body with good CG to avoid rollover. Even the door locks are speed sensing and brakes as well as steering respond well at high speeds. Interiors are great and looks much better than its competition. The highline model is fully loaded and has illuminated cabinet which looks rich. The switch quality is good and interior plastic feels great, is scratch proof and has solid build. Leather steering and control on steering adds to the appeal. Word of advise - The interiors are great but light colours become dirty and needs regular cleaning. Also, use rubber mats instead of carpet mats which are difficult to clean.
Needs to improve: Engine performance, pricing for highline models, dealerships (which treat customers improperly), trunk light, rear seat 60:40 folding instead of bench type, more legspace for middle rear passenger, touch screen in music system and rear camera.
The initial experience wasn't too good as the mileage figures were poor, car was too expensive (at 7.5 lacs on road for petrol), showroom staff was negligent once the car was delivered, lack of hard acceleration and vibrations engine noise in petrol model. But soon I realised that being a sports model the company has intentionally kept vibration and engine noise which soon I started to love. Also, acceleration was a little less but when I went on the highway it returned a maximum speed of 150 kmph even without pedal pushed to its max and felt extremely stable and safe. But, for the staff there is nothing that can be done and they will remain the same.
Also, a few improvements over previous model. Unlike the previous model, the new car has a much better ground clearance (clears every bump and speed breaker). The mud flaps are smaller and do not touch while clearing obstructions. The service schedule has increased to 15000 km or once a year and the spare parts are cheaper than earlier. Black headlamps add to the appeal and give better visiblity.
