best car wasted by worst service

Polo is best car tobuy in below 7 lacs segment but if you are thinking to buy a polo be ready to get a humiliating response from the dealers!!!! i have booked 1.2 lit diesel comfortline polo thay at first said that the car will be available by 3 months .after passing 1 1/2 months they executive head says that my car is not yet ordered to the company!!!my car is not yet started to be constructed!! further more the person handling my case and a lot of others in my area never picks up the phone !!( he might be ordered to do so).this experience i got from KOLHAPUR SHOWROOM. i don't mind to wait but atleast they should communicate properly! they are not doing any favour for me ! its their duty! i am paying for it! i am seriously thinking of cancelling my booking and buying micra!
