Finally It's MG Hector DCT Sharp 2021

Finally, after nearly 1 month of buying MG Hector Sharp DCT dual-tone red/ black 2021 edition and driving to nearly 2000 km which includes driving on expressways and on village roads, I am writing this review. Sales Experience: I booked the car on Jan 22, 2021, and requested MG to deliver it in May 2021, in May as we all know we were in lockdown and the situation was bad so finally on June 2nd 2021, I decided to drop the idea of buying a car and informed dealership to cancel my booking to which they agreed and even refunded my money in 7-8 days. But again I made up my mind and contacted the dealership I.e relationship manager Asifa, and Kushagra they rebooked the car and got it delivered without any hassle. Both Asif and Kushagra made sure that the entire car delivery process went smooth. I had few concerns related to the I smart app. Configuration was also resolved to my satisfaction. The overall sales experience was great, thanks and kudos MG sales Team especially Asif, Kushagra, Rajshree, Bhavna. After-sales / Service centre experience: I called and booked 1st service after completing 1000km in 10 days. The service centre was prompt and responsive and they have done a thorough inspection, for service, there is no oil change or any fluid refill required so overall servicing of the car was good. The only thing is since it is the only service centre in the region hence there was a rush and it took 6 hours as the car from another nearby town also come here. I have visited MG showrooms in Bangalore and Lucknow both places I was welcomed and treated well and was answered politely for all my queries. MG India is improving day by day, even with the slightest of customer concern matters for them. I have read review where customers are dissatisfied. But none of them mentioned that if they contacted the pulsehub or centralised customer support. MG Hector Sharp DCT 5 seater Dualtone red/black: With AC continuously on I am getting an average between 9.5 to 11.5 km/l city /highway mixed. Lowest avg:5.6 km/l village road Highest avg:14.6 km/l expressway I would rate this product 4.9 out of 5. 0.1 rear camera is laggy which can be improved with good software. But MG is still not able to work on it after 2 years. Otherwise, DCT works as the expected vehicle has premium-ness and power to steer on highways. Fully feature-loaded and value for money in 21 lakh. Build quality road presence is great. So if someone is looking for a premium interior and relax drive with great looks and features and good build quality MG Hector is the car which they should look for within the 20 lakh price bracket. Why because,I have driven Creta, harrier, compass I have compared harrier, compass and Hector Hector was value for money rest are going out of budget as their top model with all features were crossing 25 lakh and 33 lakh and even then they don't have the feature which MG Hector provides. Those who have doubts you should definitely take a test ride of all cars and then decide because it's your choice and your money.
