A Well-packed Compact SUV In The Segment
I was looking for a sub-4-metre car and found the Kia Sonet. I own the GTX plus diesel AT variant. It is the best all-rounder compact SUV in the segment. PROS: It has all the necessary features like a voice-assisted sunroof, automatic climate control, air purifier, connected car features(KIA Connect app) and a variety of engine and transmission options. The diesel engine is very smooth and unlike other diesel engine cars, the diesel clatter cannot be heard. The diesel engine offers a lot of punch and a really good milage. I get an average fuel economy of around 12-15km/L in the city and 18-22km/L on the highway (varies on the driving style). The automatic torque converter gearbox is doing a fantastic job by shifting quickly and efficiently without any lag. It has a really beautiful and sporty interiors. The boot is very large with a space of 387L. The car got 6 airbags as standard right from the base model which is good. The service cost is less. CONS: The suspension is on the stiffer side and can feel the bumps at lower speed but the ride is excellent as it reaches higher speed. Even though it has good amount of legroom, I expected a little more. VERDICT: The Kia Sonet is a good 5-seater compact family SUV that offers good safety and feel. I will surely suggest this car to anyone who are looking for a compact SUV with really good engine and transmission options.

Bought the gravity edition. Great engine and its fuel economy is currently with running. The interiors of the vehicle are very nice. Best in it's its range so far. Engine performance is great. Very smooth driving experience with a diesel engine of SONET. The same engine is being used with Creta and Seltos as well. It's the most value-for-money model so far. The seats are good. Suspension is very fine. You may travel long distances without any tiredness.Read More

Overall good car. Good mileage and performance in diesel. Fit and finish is also top notch considering the price. Hence a good package at this price point. Torque is delivery is also good. There is minimal turbo lag which can be sustained and it offers good sitting position for the driver. The AC is also good. Mileage in city is 18-19 and 24+ on highway with light peddle.Read More

I have never driven such a Beautiful Car with many features which will give much comfort. I have driven 300kms.with 2 stops for breakfast and lunch break. A/c seats are very comfortable.
