The GTX Plus variant of Kia Sonet is offered with a 120PS 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine that comes mated to a 7-speed DCT. Fire up the three-cylinder engine, and it comes to life with a slight shake and stir you’d feel on the floorboard. The engine itself is versatile, as we’ve seen in the Venue and the Verna. While the numbers suggest a sporty demeanour, it’s clearly tuned to make everyday usability hassle free. Moreover, the Sonet’s 7-speed DCT doesn’t particularly shine. It simply gets the job done. That said, you would appreciate that the shifts are super smooth, and it’s rare that the gearbox gets confused or selects the wrong gear. You get a manual mode in case you want sprightlier acceleration, but there are no paddle shifters on offer. As for the features, the GTX variant of the Sonet brings with it the promise of six airbags -- and that is the biggest reason to go for it. You also get more driver assistance safety features for the manual and automatic variants and sporty aesthetics to separate it from the rest of the range. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for [dealership@https://www.cardekho.com/Kia/cardealers
