Many problems with Hyundai Xcent

I purchased this car for taxi service, it is a diesel version - since then I am facing many issues in basic function of the car. 1. I had to change the battery of the car within 1 year 2 months (ran only 30000 KM) - Hyundai said that if it is a commercial vehicle then the battery warranty is only for one year (I do not know why that is)! 2. Clutch-pad had to be replaced within 35000 KM - it seems it is a common problem in this car. 3. The accelerator function is not good - I am facing an issue. 4. While running, sometimes steering gets locked - we complained many times to service center. 5. Tyre needs to be changed after 35000 KM only.Overall, there are lots of issues with this car and worst thing is Hyundai doesn't take the responsibility when you are running it in taxi service.
