Pros : Comfortable car to drive

Cons : Pathetic Customer Service from Hyundai

I had booked a Verna with Trident Dealer near to Sadashivanagar in May. Was very excited for the car as i was very much impressed with the car's make and design. It's been more than 4 months i am waiting the car and the Trident Sales Manager doesn't even bother to give us a call to let us know the status. We have lost hope that we can get the car. The car rates have shot up by 25k already and though it's booked in May we need to pay the extra cost. Pathetic service from Trident Dealer and i am very unhappy with the service provided by them. I would not suggest anyone to go for this dealer. They don't even call us and update on status, everytime we call they have same readymade answers.I think as they have lots of bookings they are not relaizing the value of customers and loosing one after the other. We have lots of options in the market now.. many cars on its way for the competition.

    We have booked a new car and got it deleivered. I would never prefer Verna vendors. Also have heard that third person cannot sit comfortably in the back seats because of the holder thats placed. Please think twice before investing on such a monster.

    Yes, you are right. Even i booked the car @ trident showroom indira nagar on august month as per the confirmation by the executive i supposed to get now but no response from the showroom. I had send a mail to the manager too but no use. Its better to cancel the booking as there are lot me choices now

    I paid rs.6160/-to your koramangala br. for extended warranty by cheq. Amount debited but extended warranty refused. Even after many reminders to Mr.puneet and accounts dept still my refund is pending for long time. Immediate action is necessary.     Yes , these are the problems which even i faced. But there is nothing wrong with the car. It deserves better points than you gave. And by the way you have not even got your car how can you comment on all these aspects.

    I would suggest to go to any showroom but not the Sadashivanagar one. I booked a verna and received the worst treatment of my life. They treat as if i owe them something. But as such, I dont regret the decision of the car. Great drive with good amount of features. But the sales consultants spoilt the whole fun.

    Trident Hyundai mekhri circle, the worst dealer in Bangalore, initially when I bought my I20, I went to trident and met an MEx at the show room. They make us feel that we have gone there to take a car free of cost. Then I bought it from adhvaith Hyundai. Now I wanted to change my I 20 and once again went to Trident faced the same problem. again I went to advaith and finalized verna automatic. If they do like this on purchase then think about the service.

    Trident hyundai dealer most worst dealer in bangalore.they only know to play with the customers they have given me 2 times cheques with wrong account numbers which the collected more from me.and because of their wrong cheque i had to spend my time, money to get my money back. Never go for Trident Hyundai.

    Hyundai's spare parts are very expensive and after sales services are also very costly,i would suggest to go for the new honda city,here you get a class,space & comfort,luxury,driving pleasure,gizmos are almost the same as in the verna,go for the new city

    Trident Hyundai is a cheater, they have spoiled my car buying experience, I did a mistake booking car from them. Very unprofessional, pushy and do not focus on customer need. They just try to sell what they have to clear old stocks by telling lie.
