MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH VERNA-BETTER CHEAP CHINES CAR
Dears, if you value your money earned by hard work Please don't purchase any vehicle from Hyundai though it seems to be cheaper than other good brands.Finally you will pay more than amount of other cars by money spending at work shops and value of your car will be very low.Hyundai quality is very poor , less resale value, high service cost,low safety and better purchase quality brands like TOYOTA,HONDA,NISSAN,VW etc .I purchased H Promise Hyundai Verna Automatic Transmission used car 2012 model from cheranellur show room at march 2017. I asked for car Computer analysis report "they told me the car is checked & certified by us and we will replace defective parts in one year. After delivery of car it break down at Thrissur highway due to broken front power axle, A/C evaporator compliant with in two months. finally gear box complaint with in three months only 2000 kilo meters running, and they arguing to share cost of gear box approx 2.5 lakhs after laying 50 days at service center.popular Hyundai is not checking any used cars and they cheating customers. Now days dealer is arguing we are checking car with Hyundai,waiting for approval etc..😞😞😞Quality of Hyundai vehicles are poor.The automatic gear box problem occurred just above 50,000 kilometers seems some chinees third quality item,luckly we escaped from accident when car stops middle of highway due to gear error,. I send e-mail complaint to dealer and Hyundai customer care, still after 5 days no response. Hyundai is fully unprofessional in their business. I have contacted Hyundai customer care last week through above number and e mail , the reply was same sentence, we will forward concern department and contact you with in 3 days . Hyundai is fooling customers with automated reply messages through BPO.
