Simple by Looks but Durable by Character

As simple is the looks of Santro so is it's the cost of maintenance. Being a middle class I need durability and mileage and this car passes both the criteria with flying colour. This car is very spacious and comfortable for a family up to 4 person which also has a lot of space to keep our belongings. I have been using this car now for 8 years and yet the performance and mileage is above average around 18 kmpl. Another good thing I noticed is that the car performs decently on the rural roads(i.e imperfect roads). This car easily travels over steep inclination with 4 people plus luggage in it. A last and important thing the handling is very swift easy to adapt to. I would give an instance about the durability of the car. I always forget to keep the car in a shed but even in heavy rains impacting directly for years, the car is still good to go on. I feel that the base clearance could have been little more considering the hurdles on the road and was worried a lot about it. But in these past 8 years, I have never encountered an issue with this regards. This car has easily cleared even the biggest of speed breakers present. Besides I also feel the shocks due to bad road and speed breaker are absorbed and have been never painful. Some good piece of engineering involved. Santro has become part of the family.
