Tata Movus is a multi utility vehicle introduced by the Indian auto major in the market. This model is only available with a diesel engine option, which is capable of producing a maximum power of 118.35bhp and a peak torque of 250Nm. At the same time, it has the ability to deliver a peak mileage of around 15 to 16 Kmpl, which is impressive. The most important aspect about this trim is its optimized body weight and its improved clutch mechanism. This improves the life span and reliability of the engine, while enabling the vehicle to deliver a flawless performance. This latest model comes in numerous trim levels out of which, the Tata Movus LX 9 Seater is one of the mid level variants and it is equipped with all basic features. It comes integrated with an AC unit, power steering, interior fan, mobile holder and few other such aspects. It also has safety functions like driver door ajar warning, high mount stop lamp and a headlamp leveling device as well. This newly introduced model resembles the Sumo Grande SUV as it is built on the same body platform. However, the car maker has done some tweaks to make it look distinct. However, it has basic exterior aspects like black colored door handles and external rear view mirrors. The car maker has equipped its wheel arches with a set of steel wheels that are further equipped with wheel caps and tubeless radial tyres. In addition to this, the company has fitted side foot step, which will make it easy to enter the cabin. Its front profile is very aggressive as it is fitted with a rugged black colored bumper that has a wide air intake section. The headlight cluster has an edgy design, which further adds to the aggressive appeal of the frontage. In the center, there is a black radiator grille with chrome slats and a company's badge that dazzles the front facade. Coming to the rear end, it has a decent body structure that comes fitted with a newly designed taillight cluster. Interiors:

The internal cabin of this trim comes with a nine seating arrangement with side facing seats in the third row and the front facing seats in the first and second rows. These seats are covered with good quality vinyl upholstery that also have fabric inserts. The company has done up the interiors using average quality materials, but still the cabin looks plush, thanks to the quality finish and an ebony black color scheme. Its front wheels are enabled to receive the torque output via a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox, which produces a peak mileage of 15 to 16 kmpl.

Braking and Handling:

This trim comes with a robust suspension mechanism, which is further accompanied with anti-roll bars that keeps the vehicle well balanced. Its front axle is fitted with an independent double wishbone system that also has coil springs. While the rear axle comes equipped with parabolic leaf spring system, which can deal will all the jerks caused on roads. As far as braking is concerned, its front wheels are paired with a set of high performance disc brakes, whereas its rear wheels are coupled with conventional drum brakes. This disc and drum braking mechanism is highly proficient and works efficiently on all road conditions.

This Tata Movus LX 9 Seater is one of the mid level variant and it is equipped with several utility based features. It comes with a powerful heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, which keeps the ambiance pleasant. It is also equipped with a hydraulic rack and pinion based power assisted steering system, which is highly responsive that makes maneuvering simpler. It comes with a list of features including fabric and vinyl seat upholstery, a 120A interior fan, tip tap ORVMs, front roof lamps, magazine pockets in door trims, bottle holder, sun visor with vanity mirror, mobile holder in central console, cable operated remote fuel flap and side foot step.
