Tata Movus is the latest utility vehicle launched by the home grown Tata Motor Group in the Indian car bazaar. There are close to eight trims to choose from and among those, Tata Movus CX 9 Seater is one of the mid range variant. This trim is blessed with all the basic features and is targeted towards large Indian families who have a limited budget. This latest utility vehicle model series is available only in a diesel avatar, which is a de-tuned 2.2-litre, VARICOR diesel engine as standard under the hood. This power plant can pump out a maximum power of 118.35bhp that results in generating a commanding torque output of 250Nm, which is quite impressive. This latest trim shares the the design platform of Tata Sumo Grande and it features all its exterior aspects. However, the company has optimized the body weight and engine specifications to improve the durability and fuel efficiency as well. This SUV comes with an ability to deliver a peak mileage of approximately 15 to 16 Kmpl, when driven under standard conditions, which is rather good in this segment. Its interiors are quite spacious and comes with a decent seating arrangement that can accommodate at least nine passengers. The company is also offering utility based aspects like internal fans and mobile holders, which further improves the level of comfort inside. On its exteriors, it has been bestowed with stylish body graphics that gives an eye-catching look to the vehicle. At present, this trim is available in just two body paint options, which include Arctic White and Arctic Silver. Exteriors:

This newly introduced Tata Movus CX 9 Seater trim has a bold body structure with decent looking cosmetics, which makes it look trendy. Interestingly, all the trims in this model series are blessed with body graphics that improves the elegance of its side profile. On its side, the pillars comes with body paint, while the door handles and the external mirror caps are in black color. Braking and Handling:

Its front axle is fitted with an advanced independent double wishbone suspension system loaded with coil springs, while the rear axle is coupled with parabolic leaf springs. This suspension system is further equipped with anti roll bars, which further enhances the stability by reducing constant rolling motion. As far as the braking is concerned, its front wheels are paired with conventional disc brakes accompanied with single pot caliper, while the rear ones have been equipped with a set of high performance drum brakes, which delivers impressive performance. This vehicle also features an advanced hydraulic rack and pinion steering system that supports a minimum turning radius of 5.35 meters, which is rather good.

This Tata Movus CX 9 Seater is one of the mid level variant, which is equipped with several practical features.
