Aston Martin Vanquish V12 has a speed dependent and electronically controlled power steering wheel which is of rack and pinion assisted type. Talking about the tyres, the front one is a 20 inch 255/35 ZR 20 and the rear one is 305/30 ZR20 type which are both manufactured by none other than Pirelli company. Both brakes are ventilated carbon ceramics disc brakes but differ by two piston clippers and 28 mm diameter.
