Lexus LM Car Latest Update
Latest Update: The Lexus LM luxury MPV has been launched in India. Lexus already opened the order books for the MPV in August 2023.
Price: The Lexus LM is priced between Rs 2 crore and Rs 2.50 crore (ex-showroom pan India).
Variants: It is being sold in two variants: LM 350h (7-seater) and LM 350h (4-seater).
Seating Capacity: In India, it comes in 4- and 7-seater layouts.
Engine and Transmission: Lexus offers the MPV with a 2.5-litre hybrid petrol engine which has a combined output of 250 PS. This unit comes mated to an e-CVT gearbox, and an all-wheel-drive (AWD) drivetrain is also available.
Features: The MPV comes loaded with a dual-zone climate control, heated and ventilated rear seats with warmth infrared sensor, a 48-inch large rear display (in the four seater version) and 64-colour ambient lighting. It also gets a 10-inch heads-up display, two large screens for the digital driver’s display and the 14-inch infotainment system.
Safety: Safety-wise, it gets multiple airbags, vehicle stability control (VSC), hill assist, and a bunch of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) including lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and high-beam assist.
Rivals: It will be a premium alternative to the Toyota Vellfire. It also serves as a luxury MPV option to 3-row SUVs such as the BMW X7 and Mercedes-Benz GLS.
