Pros & Cons

Pros
Cons

Kia EV6
- Strong performance: The dual-motor AWD setup offers brisk acceleration and effortless overtaking, while still feeling smooth and easy to drive.
- Premium cabin experience: High-quality materials, comfortable seats with heating, ventilation and zero-gravity mode, and a feature-rich layout make the EV6 feel properly upmarket.
- Ultra-fast charging capability: Support for 350 kW DC fast charging means significantly reduced charging times compared to most rivals.
- Fully loaded variant: The single GT-Line AWD trim comes packed with features, safety tech and performance hardware, eliminating compromise.
MG M9
- Great road presence: Grabs attention and looks commanding with a length of over 5 metres
- Great chauffeur driven experience: Luxury second row experience with seat massage and entertainment screens
- Truly spacious third row: Can easily seat two adults comfortably for long drives
- Enough range: 400-420 km or real world range is enough for both city and intercity commutes

Kia EV6
- Expensive pricing: Being a CBU import makes the EV6 significantly costlier than some capable rivals.
- Rear seat comfort could be better: The knees-up seating position affects under-thigh support, especially on long journeys.
- Boot design isn’t very practical: While capacity is generous on paper, the shallow boot limits flexibility with larger luggage.
MG M9
- Inconsistent quality: Plastics in the cabin do not feel as premium as rest of the materials
- Needs physical buttons: Touchscreen houses most of the controls which is difficult to use while driving
- Stiff ride quality: Results in constant movement of the rear passengers
