Tata Xenon Pick-up Launch on 3rd September

The Indian auto giant, Tata Motors is all set to launch its much awaited up-market LCV, the double door Tata Xenon pick-up on September 3rd. The Xenon pick-up has got its inspiration from Tata Xenon double cab pick-up that is popular among off-roading lovers. The all new Xenon pick-up will be an up-market carrier and if rumours are to believed, this might replace Tata 207 in India, as it isn't doing that well at the moment. The closest competitor of the Xenon Pick-up will be Mahindra Genio.

Housing a 3.0L turbo diesel engine that currently powers Tata Sumo Gold, the all new Xenon pick-up will churn out the maximum of 84bhp and 250Nm of torque, proving it to be a powerful enough machine. The features that the Xenon Pick-up is expected to come up with are Air-conditioner (Optional), 16-inch wheels along with tubeless tyres, anti-roll bar fitted leaf spring front and rear suspension and many more. We believe that this is the right move from Tata to bring in an up-market carrier, when the Indian transport market is demanding vehicles that are comfortable and more powerful.

Stay tuned for more updates on the same. Cheers!
