Maruti Suzuki going ahead with its expansion plans

In a recent view it has come to the notice that Maruti Suzuki is thinking to move ahead with the  expansion plans of increasing the production of the cars. With a intention to never decrease the production from Indian sub-continent, the company is planning to increase production from Manesar plant present in Haryana. It is expected that te company will comme with a unit production of three lakh units by the end of January 2009. At present company does not have any plans regarding the reduction in productions and even no plans to change the schedule for production of the car. The sales of Maruti Suzuki went up in December, 2008 which all implisized the company officials to take a initiative to expend the plans of its production.
  According to some of the company officials there is a demand to invest nearly Rs.9000 crores in India and the company has already invested nearly Rs.6000. In some of the expension plans the company has already decided to start up with Maruti A-Star in Europe with a brand name of Suzuki A-Star. Being the largest car manufacturer in India and being the company having a hold of nearly 50 percent market share Maruti Suzuki is planning to extend the export plans to 1,50,000 cars.
