Worst car. Getting mileage of 14kmpl only in the city. Service centres' service is very poor.  Before service, mileage was 22kmpl. After service only 13kmpl to 14kmpl. No response in both service center.

AC does not work in CNG mode, it only works when the car goes for long drives. Whenever we slow down the car AC stops working. Pickup is also very low and the experience is not so good. 

Had worst experience with TATA Motors and Swan Motors Sonipat. Truly unprofessional. Paid Advertisements will not result in long-term results since the ZEST car is not a performer.

I bought tata zest one year back. Its overall very good car but when I drove 120kmph and above, AC not working properly. Visited Tata service centres but no solution, still facing problem on long drives and the service cost is very high.

Basically, i have bought this car in 2015.. since beginning my car breaks were worthless... Worst service by Tata Motors.. Car is a scrap. Breaks down anywhere any time. Tata Motors technical team even after finding the issue rare provided no appreciable support. Don't ever buy any Tata car as they cheat the consumer and loot them of their hard earned money.
