Hey guys, this is an unbiased real owner review of the car. Lets split the review into two parts, likes & dislikes. Likes: 1- Being a 1200 cc petrol engine, the car has really got good pickup earlier this I was driving Maruti Zen Estilo but this car surprised me. I have reached 130 km/hr beyond that it felt a bit out of control type. So didn't try. 2- Good amount of cabin space, even better than old Swift. Rear headroom & legroom are also impressive. 3- Overall design is impressive. When even I wash my car & look at it, I really feel my investment couldn't be any better. 4- Most important average. Believe it or not, I have extracted a mileage of 26-27 on eco mode at a constant (almost) speed of 70-90km/hr. It was a 78 km tour. The road was good, with no frequent braking or acceleration. But this is not the normal average. If you ask a regular average, I would say 22-24 on highway 18-20  average in the market, also 16-18 in rush market. 5- This is my favorite part, the music system. Mine is XT model & I have got 4 dual channel speakers & infotainment is from Harman. It's the best in class. To believe just visit the nearest dealer. 6- Most important, build quality. I love this car's build quality. Much durable that same priced Maruti cars. Due to its weight, road presence is also good with very less body roll. 7- Service cost is also economical. My first expense of this car was after a year almost(14,500 km). The cost was 2100/- including engine oil change, alignment, filter change & some minor checkups. Dislikes 1- All though TATA cars are my all time favourite, my Tiago has some issues like power lag in 2nd gear. From my personal experience, I have seen it has some power lagging issue if RPM is below 2k & you want sudden acceleration. You need to shift down & rev to get the pickup. Although with AMT this problem will be resolved. 2- Due to the 3 cylinder engine, it has some engine noise as compared to those 4cylinder engines. Although it's not that noticeable. So far, I haven't experienced any other things that are unpleasant about the car. My experienced problems & solutions- 1. Once my infotainment system stopped working & didn't start. I called up nearest dealership & they suggested if I could disconnect the battery & reconnect after 5 mins. I did that and since then it hasn't shown any problem. 2. Poor a/c cooling was the biggest issue once in my car. It happened a few days before I went for my 3rd servicing (14,500km). They simply cleaned the filter & I can't keep the a/c more than 3rd level now. It's simply chilling inside. So if you have Tiago & faced any of these problems now you know what to do. Thanks.
