Pros : Stylish car, smart look,

Tata Aria and Skoda Yeti, both cars are upcoming in the Indian auto market. I want to purchase a good SUV car, but i am confused between these models that which one is better to give a overall wonderful performance. I would like to ask about these models to each one, who are really known that who's best to buy out of both models. Main problems is that both are upcoming car models in India. I have seen the price of both models, these models expected price between Rs. 12 to 14 lakh. But performance is the main reason to purchase a Sports vehicles. As per my opinion that the new Skoda Yeti is much better than Tata Aria. Because, according to looking wise SKoda Yeti seems to be performed well in the auto market.

TATA Aria has rear seats also which are not obvious in the Yeti...!

Both will burn a hole in your pocket when you visit the garage! Go for Innova and if you have more cash, go for Fortuner. If you dont have much...go for Xylo! anything else in India is 5 years behind on value for money scale.

Indian customers usually go after brand name instead value for money. Aria is having every feature that fortuner, endeavour and other suv's in the same segment about which they are boasting about. Aria is now coming with much better quality than other tata vehicles. Skoda yeti is a sheer waste of money whose full optiom costs nearly 18 lacs rupees. The only thing it has is a skoda badge. Had aria being brought under some toyota and skoda badge people would have bought the same vehicle for even more than 20 lacs rupees. So it high time indian customers do a homework on their mindset. Tata aria is indeed the best suv one can buy in this segment for its price.

Its unfair to Aria. Can't pitch it against Yeti. Firstly Tatas still learning to make cars. they are basically truck makers and their cars have truck mentality in it. After using rather after suffring from Tata Safari I am of the firm opinion that Tatas still can't make cars of modern age. Yeti is far far more ahead of Aria. Simple thing to bring out The engine of Aria ( truck type ) is 2.2 ltrs and produces same/less power/torque as 2 lit of Yeti. Aria's engine has to haul a massive load of Safari with its huge body and weight.( very evident in its fuel consumption ) For that huge body inner space is very much comparable to Yeti. Yeti's 4 wheel drive cuts in automatically when required and goes off when not required. Extremely nimble (CARSUV Can call it Car-suvi), because of happy marriage of fantastic engine and superb body. I agree the looks are not the head turners for some and the cost. Well for Yetis advanced engineering you have to pay more. Also its from Skoda stable so you make a statement for which you pay more.If I win any Tata car in a lottery I will immediately auction it.
