    Pathetic car only fit for mileage

    I purchased KWID after going through the fuel mileage of 21kmpl for petrol. The best in the segment. Unfortunately, little did I know about the after sales nightmare I had to undergo every time my vehicle went for service. Kun Renault provides a hopeless and pathetic aftersales service. Parts of the vehicle keep failing miserably, especially the brakes and the clutch. We need to constantly remind the service advisor to recheck the brakes and clutch to which they hardly listen. I wouldn't recommend this car to anyone.

      We've owned the kwid rxt amt since 2018 and in the period of 6 years we've had bad experiences from renault service centre and the car is not at all comfortable especially for tall passengers but it offers great mileage
