Pathetic after sales service
Renault has pathetic atter sales service. After owning a car for more that 15 years of Maruti, Honda and Hyundai, for the first time i came across the Renault Workshop which is closed on Sundays. After sales service is pathetic. When you will go to purchase a car there will be 15 people to attend you, for after sales you will have to hunt for a person who can attend to your queries.
While selling the product they will not tell you which part is covered in insurance and which is not, but when the problem will come, only then such details will be disclosed.
When i purchased duster, from day one there was problem is GPS which was later replaced by the company, within one month the problem started coming. When there was problem with the power window, which was rectified after a year inspire of many services in between.
Now there is problem in alternator and to our surprise we can to know yesterday only that alternator is not covered in warranty.
