Extremely Poor After Sales Services
We bought a Sunny from Sterling Nissan 4 years back and the after sales service is very pathetic.
Company salespeople start with stories immediately after the car is sold. My car has been given to me without car wash and proper cleaning after every service citing a shortage of time (after 7 hrs in the service center).
There is no one to hear your complaints, they just keep passing you from post to pillar. Nissan's website has no assured numbers /ids for complaints or dedicated SMES to hear you out and help.
Service center managers think they can do whatever they want, as they is no risk to lose a job on the ground of poor services.
Suggest you to think before you PURCHASE vehicles from NISSAN as the centers are really bad after selling.
