Brezza failed to impress at rear seat comfort

I booked the Brezza on the very first day after seeing the looks in the show room, Later after taking several test drive I cancelled and booked the Hyundai Creta. Reason, the cons are very bad. The ride quality at the rear seat you just feel as if you are sitting in an auto. The whole car jumps like a toy car even if it crosses on a small brick . There is  no shock-absorber and has a hard suspension. Rear seats are just like benches no thigh support. It cannot accommodate three people comfortably. I think Maruti need to rectify this issue of hard suspension and ride quality. If you consider the Swift and the Ciaz they are too good when it comes to riding comfort and quality. The Brezza failed to impress in this area. Maruti should fix this issue if they want to stay in the market for a long time. Secondly, the engine is little noisy.
