The ride quality and driving dynamics of the car makes this SUV feel like a sports hatch. Haven't had so much fun driving an SUV. The last time I had so much fun was in a first generation swift. The vehicle feels really planted and stable at triple-digit speeds on the highway. The fit and finish quality are excellent. The leather seats are one of the best in the segment but the white interior is difficult to maintain. What didn't work for me are Rear seat comfort- the rear seat is too upright and doesn't have a reclining option even in the top end variant. No Automatic in the diesel top end- though the vehicle has a fantastic engine and the gearbox is better suited for highway driving. In the city traffic, you will have to be shifting down a lot. The indicator and wiper position: This might not be an actual flaw for many but it is still an ergonomic flaw in the Indian driving conditions. For a vehicle that needs a constant changing of gears in the traffic the indicator being on the left of the steering is an inconvenience. Verdict: This would be a perfect sports SUV best suited for a younger audience and would be an excellent alternative to a mini countryman if you are not looking for an automatic.Â
