Rugged Looks, Lacks Features

I am writing the review after using BRV-CVT (Automatic) Variant for a year. The thing that attracted me to buy in the first place was its exterior styling and CVT transmission which is great. Being first time SUV buyer I was looking for comfort and convenience along with strong styling that defines SUV. BRV is hit on looks but misses on convenience. Hits -Exterior Styling ( Love the rear styling of connected tail lights) - CVT Transmission ( Makes driving a pleasure for long road trips, especially sports mode which makes car super peppy and fun to ride) -Spacious interiors (Even for 3rd Row, middle Row seats are adjustable so even in 3rd Row a person of 5?7 height can seat easily. Also best value add against CRETA, Jeep compass, Ertiga or even XUV 500/INNOVA) - Great ground clearance ( Moves easily over any speed bumps) -Handles pot holes very well (A much needed requirement for Indian roads) Miss - Lacks Touch screen infotainment ( can buy as optional which is now standard in many of its competitors) - Mileage (8-9 kmpl for City traffic 11-12 for Highway) - Car style seating stance (?A? pillar for heighted drivers like me is a pain as it blocks view when making turns) - No Arm rest, cooled glove box, Honda Amaze sourced music and steering which feels outdated - Lacks Sunroof Overall good exterior spacious interiors, needs bit more on Features.
