Poor service Car.
We recently bought a brand new Honda BR-V Elegance from Honda, Windhoek - Namibia. The Honda BR-V had bad tinting done, the windscreen was full of dots that resembled sandblasting, the back door's handle is not propper, the brake drums had rust on it and the car collects dust as I've never seen in my life. Honda drop the quality
I purchased the Honda BRV in April 2017, I found the following problems 1) Poor mileage 2) window glasses are loose and vibrate when driving 3) side mirror are not properly shut 4) all accessories like mat etc are of very poor quality

Full of Noise and Gear Shifting Hard Honda / Dealer selling defective vehicles to customers . No of them ready to accept the concern or resolving, Insisting for using the vehicle in as it is condition.

Quality of fiber and plastic used in car are not upto the ma
I have purchase the new honda brv diesel model on 04-08-2017 hoping that the honda use quality material. But my expectation was not comes to true. As car court yard fiber near corner of wiper fitting are not fit properly as we wash near wiper the cloth touches the plastic and it come along with plastic. that the plastic are broken down. Very bad customer service - Defects - Hope Honda sees this
I bought a BRV Petrol, VX, MT in October. I notice serious discoloration on roof trim near rear window. Looks like resin has not set properly and has come out and hardened. I took it to the service center to lodge a complaint hoping that Honda quality system will take note and improve their quality. They took pic etc, but, no response back. So funn...Read More
