I have recently bought the newly launched BRV. It's nearly been a month since I am driving this car. I really enjoyed the comfort, space and ride quality in this car. It has more space inside than the other cars of the same segment like Innova, Ertiga and Xylo. The company claims it?s mileage around 22km per litre in diesel variant that I own but I personally found out 20 at the moment which I think is very good in terms of fuel efficiency for an SUV. It actually looks like an MPV if we loo
I drove Duster, XUV and Create for good length, now registering my experience after driving BRV for over 5 months....... (-) Front look is macho but side look is more of MPV in compare to competitors (-) Height is not much, so it doesnot look massive jumbo vehicle like XUV (-) Branding is done less than other 3 vehicles (+) Very spacious and its 7 seater so only XUV can compete with it (+) Middle row seats can fully tumble and brings more space to last row, in case kids want space to pla
I am planning to buy a SUV for my family and therefore I went to Honda dealership yesterday to test-drive the BR-V. The car has enormous length was able to impress me in first look though it had to compromise on SUV character because of it. I would have liked it more if Honda had increased the height of the car and kept this length constant. Nevertheless, I got on to the driving seat to check the ride quality. I drove the petrol variant with automatic transmission so engine noise was not very lo
I recently purchased the Honda BRV - S MT diesel variant. I was very confused considering sea of SUVs available. My first look at the car made me take the decision (which of course just got further steeled with a pleasant test drive). Pros 1) Looks- It looks much better from the front and back angle. It is a little stretched if viewed from the side angle, though, plus also a similarity between HONDA BRV & Mobilio does some damage to its image but again, we need to remember, it is just a c
The latest entrant in the Honda family. The preface goes like this- Launched in May, this year, this 7- seater SUV has everything a travelling enthusiast would want for their voyage to uncharted lands. Based on the Mobilio Platform, it was a look alike, however, different as a wolf than the sheep. I have a friend, who is kind of a Honda lover and she bought this one. Though it looked long and nowhere was as handsome as the Creta, it had something charming and masculine. The cladding did the
Honda BRV unlike Mobilio looks studious and Elegant. I have a middle variant Petrol car. I usually go on long journey. The mileage is 14-15 km on avg. The seats and comfort are definitely pros. The very large window panel gives you a nice view outside and you don't feel claustrophobic. The Engine is really smooth. You don't feel going on 140 km/hr and that's how balanced the car is. The cons are there is not parking sensor and infotainment screen. I guess with the price we pay 12.5 l

Before this i was having petrol sedan which was equally good but Honda BR-V has got tried-less driving .....smooth steering , soft gear shift . Engine is got the power irrespective of diesel variant, i don't feel much difference my earlier experience with petrol. Long drive feel tried-less as seating height is tall and comfortable , strong road grip with smooth steering. leg space having 3 rows does'not make cramp, its very comfortable to sit in last row also. Design wise its a URBAN
About - The Honda BR-V i-VTEC AT (petrol variant) is a smooth, stable and sturdy looking vehicle perfect for a family along with their luggage. The spaciousness of the car stretches right from the front leg space until the rightly placed comfortable back seats. After almost a year of procrastination and forced decision matrices, I chose the Honda BRV-Diesel variant. Outstanding performance. I beat the Honda designer provided a mileage of 22 kmpl and achieved 23 kmpl on a straight drive from Mysore to Bangalore, merely by ensuring that the ECO green light remains on as far as possible. In city driving, I use the Honda smooth bearings capability to cover distances, once speed has picked up. Hence the city driving kmpl is currently at 18-19 since the last
I test drove the Duster AMT & Creta AMT before I test drove the BRV. I have driven Honda City quite a few times and hence knew the build and ride quality of BRV. My dealer experience was awesome and so was the car. The reason I chose BRV was because of its ground clearance, amazing look both front and back (I don't care about side view, come on, how many people actually see the side view normally), the ride quality, superior suspension compared to both Creta & Duster and of course th
After one month of drive and exploring all features, I found BRV as a better car than Creta and XUV 500. It is surprising, isn't it. So I will try to cover practicality of BRV since features details between these cars can be found everywhere online. BRV is spacious and best family car, apart from being 7 seater it has big boot than XUV 500. During the long drive, kids fold middle seat and car become so spacious that they can sit and sleep comfortably. No other cars provide this feature, eve

Actually, it is an amazing car the perfect blend of the i-VTEC engine & and 7 seat makes it among the top in its class. Moreover, you should also look forward to the on-road price of the BRV. It is a perfect family car and it would also fit for a city drive car too. The high ground clearance makes it a car which could tame all the challenging Indian roads. The alloy wheels are amazing and you could bet that it would be worthy enough to substitute the price you had paid for. Moreover the key

After a long and agonising wait of months since Honda unveiled it, BRV the manufacturer's first Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV), has finally arrived. This model, which has been inspired by the RIII concept of the car maker, is based on the platform of the Mobileo, which holds the distinction of being the most popular premium hatchback of the country. It was showcased for the first time at the 2015 New Delhi Auto Expo, where we were impressed that Honda had taken care of Indian sensibilities whil
