No proper service stations are available near Siliguri areas. It's totally fraud company & service station available in Gangtok Sikkim having no facilities like instruments & spares.

Poorest quality car at 859000. Much worse than the autorickshaw engine. Features in the car are not up to the mark as advertised. Buying a duster is a complete wastage of money. Renault will disappear from the Indian market very soon.

Not happy with Reno service and the product is not good and reno does not handle. The complaint of the customer even not bothering to complaint solve. 

The after-sales services are not good.

Purchased the AWD model in June 2019. Within 3000 km range clutch assembly failed and visible smoke came from the bonnet. Renault is not ready to accept it as a manufacturing defect. They are questioning my ride style. I've been driving cars for 10 years. Worst response from Renault.

Don't buy Renault Duster, its worst car. The maintenance cost is very high and the parts like a shock absorber and brakes fail very fast.

Very poor electrical system, worst service backup, the car goes for servicing and comes with defects which are not covered in the warranty.

The maintenance of the car is very high, the components are very costly.
