Tata Nano booking at Rs 70000
Tata Nano booking will start by the end of February. Tata Motors decided the Tata Nano booking amount around Rs 70,000. But, even after paying 70% of the total cost of Tata Nano, customers might be wait quite long. According to the sources, all dealers of Tata Motors and all branches of State Bank of India (SBI) will accept Tata Nano booking simultaneously across the India from the February end. SBI will initially engaged its 100 branches and will take the number eventually to 1,000.

Tata Motors and SBI are ready for exclusive arrangement of Tata Nano. State Bank of India will not only act as sole lender to buyers but also offer its branches for Tata Nano booking. Tata Motors is targeting initial Tata Nano booking of more than one lakh cars. Tata Motors targeting to collect around Rs 700 crore fron just few days. Allotment of Tata Nano will be made through a draw and, going by projections, those at the top of the draw would have the choice of becoming proud owners of the first Tata Nano.
