Maserati GranTurismo has 3 variants from ₹2.25 Cr — the classic front-engined Maserati grand tourer, with one of the all-time-great soundtracks. The heart of it is a 4.7-litre naturally-aspirated V8, hand-built by Ferrari in Maranello, making 460 CV at a glorious 7,000 rpm — no turbos, just a wailing free-revving eight. The 4.7 V8 (₹2.25 Cr) does 0-100 in 4.8 seconds and 299 km/h; the GranTurismo 4.7 MC (₹2.51 Cr) is the more focused, lighter-feeling range-topper at 301 km/h. It's a true 2+2 with a near-perfect 49:51 weight balance, a 6-speed automatic to the rear wheels, Harman Kardon audio and Poltrona Frau leather. Most buyers should take the 4.7 V8 (₹2.25 Cr) — the naturally-aspirated V8 experience is the whole point and it's all here; the MC is for collectors chasing the most hardcore version.

- Italian Luxury And Performance At Its Peak.The Maserati Gran Turismo is an iconic line from the storied Italian marquee based in the historic city of Bologna. Everything about it, from the sound of it's exhaust to the styling of the bodywork and the performance is absolutely brilliant. Any claims about the maintanence costs being higher than similarly priced offerings by competitors is nothing more than a nasty and vile lie spoken in order to tarnish the reputation of this Italian heritage manufacturer. - Maserati GranTurismo Fabulous MachineI have been one of the fortunate ones to have owned and drove several fine cars in my life. But the experience with Maserati GranTurismo has been out of the world. Honestly, Ferraris are amazing cars and give you wonderful feeling on the go, but in my opinion, they are not meant for daily drivers. Maserati GranTurismo is the one that fills this gap efficiently. It is one of the greatest sports cars that houses a mighty engine inside. The exteriors are made to dazzle the onlookers with immense prowess on road. The capacity to strike the roads hard comes from the powerful 4.2L V8 engine that musters over 400 bhp and takes the car from naught to 100 in just 5.2 seconds. Price: The Maserati GranTurismo has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 2.72 crore and goes up to Rs 2.9 crore (ex-showroom).
Variants: It has two variants on offer: Modena and Trofeo.
Seating Capacity: It can seat only 2 passengers.
Engine and Transmission: The Maserati GranTurismo is available with a 3-litre twin turbo V6 engine, which offers different outputs based on the variant you pick.

Modena variant: In this variant, it gets 490 PS and 600 Nm output from the V6 engine.

Trofeo variant: The same engine produces 550 PS and 650 Nm in its top-spec variant.
Both variants offer an all-wheel drive (AWD).
Features: The 2-door coupe features three displays: a 12.2-inch digital driver’s display, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and an 8.8-inch screen for the HVAC controls. It also gets a 14-speaker Sonus faber sound system and a heads-up display.
Safety: On the safety front, it gets multiple airbags, a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features.
Rivals: The Maserati Grecale locks horns with the Ferrari Roma, Aston Martin Vantage and BMW M8 Competition.
