Honda WR-V 2020-2023

Latest Update: The WR-V is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 17,000 this March.

Price: Prices for Honda’s subcompact crossover range from Rs 9.11 lakh to Rs 12.31 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Variants: It is available in two trims: SV and VX.

Colours: The WR-V can be had in five monotone colours: Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Meteoroid Grey Metallic and Lunar Silver Metallic.

Boot Space: The WR-V comes with a boot space of 363 litres.

Engine and Transmission: Honda offers it with both petrol and diesel engine options: a 1.2-litre petrol (90PS/110Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (100PS/200Nm). The former is mated to a five-speed manual and the latter with a six-speed manual transmission. No automatic gearbox is on offer.

Features: It comes equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Additionally, it also gets LED projector headlamps, cruise control, push-button start-stop, steering-mounted controls and a single-pane sunroof.

Safety: Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and a rearview camera are part of the safety equipment.

Rivals: The WR-V takes on subcompact SUVs such as the Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite.

2023 Honda WR-V: Honda has unveiled the new-gen WR-V in Indonesia, which is expected to arrive in India by August 2023.
