Pros & Cons

Pros
Cons

Mahindra XUV400 EV
- Real-world range is suitable for use beyond city borders
- Cabin ergonomics are on point
- Dual digital 10.25-inch screens are crisp and lag-free
- Effortless performance
- Based on a global NCAP 5-star crash safety rated platform
MG ZS EV
- Understated styling: Still looks modern and has a classy design
- Rich interior quality: Feels very upmarket with smooth and soft touch materials
- Good features list: 10.1-inch touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, JLB sound system, and more
- Enough range: Realistically achievable range of 300-350km on a full charge

Mahindra XUV400 EV
- Copper contrast panels may not be to everyone’s taste, especially if you prefer subtle styling
- Still no OTA update for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
- Misses out on a few feel-good features like ventilated seats
- Rear view camera’s execution could be better
MG ZS EV
- Limited rear seat space: While the space here is decent, some may expect a roomier experience for the price
- Needs better boot space: Space is limited and you may be left wanting for more
- Some ergonomic flaws: Lumbar cushioning feels excessive, front armrest may be too tall for short drivers
