Suzuki Wagon R launched in Japan

Suzuki, all favourite name in the world of automobiles has made a big news by launching a special new version of Wagon R in Japanese market. This does mark an end to the event as the Japanese auto major also launched the specially edition of the Wagon R Sting Ray Model. With this Suzuki made two major launches in Japanese market which received great applaud from audience.

Talking about the special edition of Wagon R, no distinctive changes are made in the exterior. The basic model also remained same but some additional detailing are made in the beautiful car to make it more attractive. The special edition is made special in true sense with the use of alloy wheels and wheel discs. Some demarcations can also be observed in the interior of the car and you can find it with the seat fabric and other little things around.

The launch of this beautiful special edition is yet limited to Japanese markets only and no solidified statement hints its appearance in other markets. Wagon R is one of the most successful model from Suzuki's stable and the special edition of this small wonder is going to be far more thrilling. The launch of these two stunning models is to commemorate the sales of 3.5 million units of Wagon R in Japanese market. For long we have been hearing of new model of Wagon R in markets overseas and the name of this sizzling model is expected to be Suzuki Solio.

In Indian markets, Suzuki is focusing on bringing diesel engine for its mid sized sedans. And as per news, the company will come up with the diesel variants of its sedans by the second quarter of 2011. Suzuki in India operates in collaboration with Maruti and they are working hard on the diesel variant by employing higly expertise engineers. The company intends to introduce diesel engine in Maruti Swift, Maruti Swift Dzire and Maruti Ritz taken from Fiat.
