Hyundai Cars at Regional Auto Expo Hyderabad

Hyundai Motors, the Korean auto giant showcased many of its popular cars at the regional Auto expo in South starting from today. The first of its kind auto expo is been held at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Izzat Nagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Hyundai pavilion showed some impressive line-up of cars including Hyundai i10, Hyundai i20 in the hatchback segments and Hyundai Verna, Hyundai Sonata Transform in the Sedan segment respectively. Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), the subsidiary of Hyundai Motors is the second largest car manufacturer in India. Currently the company sells more than 30 variants of passenger cars in six segments. Santro falls in the B segment, Getz in the B+, the Accent in the C segment, Elantra in the D segment, Sonata Embera in the E segment and the Tucson in the SUV segment. The Auto Expo is targeted at tapping the market down South and to understand the customer needs in South. Presently, the company has 6 Dealer outlets in the city of Hyderabad and wishes to expand more during the years. Hyundai Motors also has a research and development centre in the city of Hyderabad for its key research operations. With India being the most attractive automotive destination for the car makers presently, Hyundai is planning to launch many cars in various segments like Hyundai i30 in hatchback and Santa Fe in the SUV segment.
