Fiat Linea from Ranjangaon

Tata Motors has launched their first sedan category car. The launching was something very different from one done in other car variants. It was a religious inauguration with vedic chants by priests following the ideal rituals and customs. The new model in sedan category has been brought about by the Fiat India Automobiles Ltd (FIAL) in colaboration with the Tata Motors - and the car model is to be launched at the Tata's plant at the Ranjangaon.  Linea would be a launch commercialy till by the mid of the December. Soon after it is made to get launch its dealership would be given in the hands of Tata - Fiat dealers. The final price of the car is still to be decided.
  After the launch of Fiat Palio, this new Fiat Linea car will bring a boom to the image of Fiat. This new Fiat Linea will be available in six variants in the market. Linea could be had in both diesel (1.3 l) and petrol (1.4 l) engine options. The present market stakes of the company are nearly 55% and are believed to rise till by 90 percent if we listen to the company officials.
  Fiat Linea is a multijet emotion type of vehicle. The car body is sedan category type. In the C+ segment of cars it has a top speed of 170 km/l. According to the assumptions the fuel economy of the car is nearly 19 kmpl on highway and 14 kmpl. With a engine displacement capacity of 1248cc and diesel multijet type of engine, the car offers a maximum power of 90 bhp@4000 rpm and a maximum torque of 200Nm at the rate of 1750rpm. Linea has a power steering with five manual gears. The front brakes of the car are disc type while the rear brakes are drum type. Added features of the car include climate control AC, power windows, remote fuel filler, rear defogger, rear armrest, leather seats, tinted glass. For the safety purpose the car possess 2 airbags, parking sensors, fog lamps, EBD and ABS system.
