Not worth it

I bought this car around 4 months back and all the 4 tyres developed cracks in these 4 months and the car hardly travelled 5k kilometre.The company is not ready to take the responsibility and tells to contacts JK tyres.JK tyres say that the car has got an accident but it has not met with an accident and they are not ready to take responsibilty. 3 things i would like to say about this company: 3rd class car 3rd class service and  3rd class company It does not hold the dignity of a German brand. I haven't got any response from the company as of now.
