Look and Style- Good from outside. Freshness in outside design But dashboard design & also a very poor quality plastic material used is very pathetic. Even door panel plastic is of poor quality. Comfort: Good comfort. But a lot of noise in the cabin, which does not go with Toyota brand image. Co. should improve insulation. Also on start, engine heavily vibrate like a diesel engine. Pickup : Average for 1400cc petrol car. Not great. Mileage : Comapany claims avg of 17.3 km/pl. However my petrol Etios(2012 registered) give avg of 8 to 9 km/pl in Mumbai city. It is not even 50% of what Toyota claim. Nobody accepted from brand like Toyota for this lie. Best Features : good boot space. Good braking & driving control. Needs to improve: A)Aveage on Petrol Etios, B) Quality of dashboard & door panel, C) Better insulation for less noise in cabin, D) Stop of engine vibration at start. Overall Experience Good but much less satisfaction specially from International brand TOYOTA. Company either call back all car & change parts for improvement or stop selling this model to save company`s brand image.
