Nice Car With Some Problems

It is a wonderful car to drive. However, I faced some problems which could have been quite dangerous for me and others in the car. The car suddenly switched to neutral while on the move and the steering and brakes, which are power-assisted, stopped to work. Luckily, the car was slow so it came to a halt very soon. Otherwise, could have been a major accident. Also, there is no parking mode in the car. While starting the car, I pressed the brake and released the handbrake. However, the car still rolled back and hit something which smashed the tail light. They should have explained to me that all features of the car such as brakes etc only work when the car is switched on. If I was on a steep incline, the car could have gone out of control. Tata Motors would do well to explain all features of the car, especially those that differ from fuel cars so that users do not get into risky situations. The car is wonderful to drive and something for India to be proud of since it is manufactured in India. But the company needs to make changes in design to overcome situations that can cause accidents. Dealers have scant knowledge of the car and they should be trained better.
