According to company Tata Nano will hit the market by the month of July but still there is no guarantee that you will become owner of Tata Nano because Nano has been manufactured in very low quantity compare to number of people who are looking for it. Second thing is that there is no first come first buy basis the lucky owner of Tata Nano will be decided randomly.
