Look and Style   Comfort   Pickup   Mileage   Best Features   Needs to improveDear Sir,       With reference to our previous mails and continuation of our complaints regarding the  worst performance of the 'NEW TATA ARIA PRIDE CAR, the registration : TN 45 AT 1771. We have written so many mails about the quality of the car and its spare parts and also about the worst  service of the dealer, TATA Motors.        Now there is another proof for, regarding poor quality of materials and worst service of the VST Motors, Trichy & TATA Motors.              Yesterday morning, 10.00 am, when I am took my car from shed , I have found the car front wheel was puncture.  Me and my driver try to remove the front wheel and replace the spare wheel.  I got shocked, because, the jack supplied with the car was not working.  The jack has no oil. (This is the first time we have try to use this jack.) The same of was reported to Service Manager, Thiru. Visvanathan, Mobile No. 9842434741 VST Service station, Trichy, which was very near from my house (2kM) at 11.00 am and we have also informed that the car is on road and request him to help us.   He also promised, to help us.  As such we have left the car and proceed with another car.       But, there is no action taken by the Service Manager.  If the jack is made up by good quality material and if it is checked by the TATA motors or VST people at Pre delivery inspection or at 1st service, we will not suffer.  We have paid about Rs.18.00 Lakhs for the poor quality car.   Even though, we have informed the car is on road, we cant move the car with out replacing the spare wheel, no action taken by the service manager.  They are not ready to do a simple service for very near by customer, we have to think, how this people give service us on High way for complicated complaints.   The pending complaints to be solved:

  1. Regarding the dust entering from the back door complaint, it is still not solved by the VST service station or by TATA Motors.  A lot of dust entering from the back door, because of the dust flow, the car inside and roof were heavily dusted.
  2. The navigation system problem also not rectified.
  3. The beep sound problem is still not rectified.
  4. New jack has to replaced.
