I stay in Hyderabad and bought this car in May 2016, there are few good points about this car but the main feature is very substandard, and even the service is very pathetic. The car starts to behave jerky and even stops suddenly even while on first gear when trying to go up the slopes in Hyderabad prime roads if you have turned on the AC then, even more, worse, you will have a nightmare. The transition between the first and second gears are worse. Once I had a dent at the front end disfiguring it when my driver encountered with an obstacle�on the main road because it stopped suddenly. I applied for my insurance the insurance people were prompt and helpful, but the workshop of Renault the only one existing in Hyderabad has a pathetic service, he kept the car in the workshop for around a month with varied reasons that the paint is not provided by the Renault company and next he said that the paint was washed away after applying etc. Only faulty reasons and delivered me back my car with the poor remake. Even the first service of my car did not solve a single problem like the squeaky sound from the car steering and brakes, they just washed it and gave me. There is a lot more to tell but it will take pages to write. This is the worst service and the machine you would ever want.
