Unprofessional and inhuman behavior by Renault Kolkata South

I, Bhaskar Lal Das, have booked a Renault Kwid RXT 1.0L model at Renault Kolkata South , Alipore, Kolkata , on 27/04/2017 by a booking amount of Rs.20000/- and made rest full payment of Rs.457017/- on 29/04/2017 by RTGS. On 04/05/2017 when I personally called the Land line number 03340403030 to know the delivery status of my booked car the attending lady some Miss Mousumi has made my day a bitter experience that am I doing a blunder by booking my new Car at there. Her unprofessional and inhuman attitude over the phone makes me feel sorry to book a Car at this Showroom. I have made a call on 04/05/2017 to the Cell numbers of Sales Manager Mr. Jagdeep Singh mobile also at 11.05 A.M. and get it Switched Off so bound to call on land line number. This is the poor and unprofessional service provided by this Renault Kolkata South, New Alipore Showroom.My friends told me not to book car through this showrooms but I preferred this showroom as it near to my residence, but perhaps it is my blunder. The staff seems to be in a fools paradise as they take it granted that their job will be safe forever and no one will make them realize that what they are doing there. If a Sales Managers' Cell is Switched Off at 11.05 A.M. then other staff and Showroom is in God hand. Thanks, this showroom to realize my blunder by booking a Car at their Showroom and certified the views of my friends as true that not to book through this showroom.
