Kwid is a performance-driven car. Smooth handling and control could be the primary reason why I preferred Kwid over other cars in the same segment. I remember I was travelling to my village in my friend's Maruti Alto, due to its low ground clearance, got hit from bottom so badly that we thought it will spill the fuel tank, but luckily there was nothing, and then I decided, that I am going to make sure that my car will have reasonably good ground clearance. So yes Kwid's 180 mm ground clearance makes a perfect fit in my list. People like Kwid for its stylish design, but I would like to add that Kwid is not just about design but also about performance, although gearbox creates a little itch that's insignificant. So if you are looking for an out of the world small car at a fairly low price, then look no further than Kwid.
