Overall Experience From the day i booked the duster to till date, the car is great but the dealer from where i bought the vehicle is, in one word, pathetic. Incompetent sales people, no clue of what customer service means. They think they are selling some low end items like a shoe. Even those sales people have some decency and will treat customers with some basic respect. These guys are ruthless bunch with a i dont care attitude. I purchased the vehicle from Khivraj Pearl dealer in Mt.Road Chennai. Unfortunately this is only dealership in Chennai, so they have that attitude like ok u like that car you have no where else to go, so come and fall at my feet and you are at my mercy. First i thought i was probably the unlucky one, but when i took my car for first service i saw atleast 5 customers who were arguing and having big heated argument with the sales/service team. One guy even said this is the last time i am going to come here.. but i think he didnt realize that this is the only place for Renault and he has to eventually come to them.... Good car, good value for money. BAD BAD BAD dealer, service and sales.
