The XL6 is a 6-seater version of the Ertiga. The spy images suggest that the car is likely to get dual-tone bumpers with a silver skid plate and plastic cladding around the wheel arches. It also has a dual-tone cladding along the door sills. The XL6 has blacked-out B and C-pillars, roof rails and chrome door handles. It has a chrome strip on the boot lid and L-shaped taillights similar to the Ertiga. On the inside, the XL6 is expected to get black interiors with captain seats in the second row. It could get a smart play studio touchscreen infotainment system among other features. The Maruti XL6 could be powered by the 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology. In the standard Ertiga, this unit puts out 103 BHP and 138 NM of torque and comes paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
