Dear Sir Madam I am very strange of delear behviour due to purchase new swift VDI with exchange. I book swift 23 dec 2017 2:00 pm with book amount Rs 5000 and DRS amount Rs 4000 and my car amount 1 lac and 44000 thousand but due to family discussion we plan new swift in next year ( I am regular customer of maruti) I immediate message to sales person 24 dec 2017 sunday morning for plan change.I also meet face to face sales person ( Mr Indeerjeet and Mr Soraan) confirm the same . Know I request them to give my car back and refund booking amount Rs 9000 but they refuse and ask me we sale your car, when I intimate so quckly why they sale my old car they are not provide any proof of sale on sunday.They ask me if you not purchase maruti no problem maruti car sale itself we not required to request you.I am very strange this behviour . If the behiviour ok by company than I cannot say anything.You may please ask to concern for refund my Rs 9000 and my old car.I will also discuss with my company friends who have maruti car and want to purchase in next year also.I also think so many times for to purchase maruti car if my problem not solve.Before going to consumer court I request you to look this matter and resolve issue.I also discuss issue with Mr Gupta ASM ( 9917536999 ) but he is not respond, Regards Rajesh Chauhan , Delear Karnal Motor Pvt Ltd.
