Look and Style: Recently I got a chance to test drive new Maruti A-Star and I think this car is more appropriate for Indian roads. The well proportioned and aggressive exteriors provide a very interesting and attractive look to the small car. In my opinion its highroof line and small size allows its users to drive this classy hatch even on busiest and narrowest of Indian roads. The alloy wheels further enhances the sporty appearance of the car.   Comfort: The interiors of A-Star hatchback provides a class leading feeling. The upmarket, sporty and well cushioned interior provides a comfortable feeling. The rear side of the car too appears decent but I found it a bit congested. The small car also offers decent cargo space and the most interesting of all is its rear seat which has a 50:50 split folding choice which further enhances the luggage carrying capacity of the car. The well positioned dash and advanced features provides a luxurious feel.   Pickup: I think this small hatchback more suitable for city roads and not for long drive or for highways. The car accelerates to 100 in just few seconds.   Mileage: As per company words, car offers a decent mileage of 14 Km per liter in city roads and 19 Km/L on highways.   Best Feature: Dynamic, sporty exteriors and upmarket interiors affixed with advanced technology upmarket components are few of the best features. Decent braking system of the car and split folding seats are the most interesting and best features of the car.    Needs to improve: The company should also launch the car in diesel variant, the rear side of the car needs to be more spacious.   Overall experience: In my opinion this car is a good option for city drivers.
