I have purchased the Creta recently and had a horrible experience. This is my 3rd Hyundai car.I am owning an i10 (2008 model) and a Verna Fluidic (2011 model). Earlier I have not faced any problem but buying the Creta was like a nightmare for me. I went on 7th August to take delivery of my SUV (Silver colour) from Sunrise Autoworld, Delhi. After clearing all my payments, I went down to check the car and found that the front bumper was not properly fitted. The company people opened the whole bumper and tried to fit it in the place but, they could not rectify the problem. I decided not to buy this particular piece and asked them to get me the next Creta available in Silver colour. But they told me that I have to wait for another 20-25 day for the same. It was horrible and when I asked for the refund and they persuaded me for a different colour. Ultimately we settled for Stardust colour and they promised that the car will be delivered in next 7 days. Finally, on 17th August (10 days later) I got a call that the car has arrived and I can take the delivery. We went to the showroom for delivery and again at the time of delivery, I found that the rear left handle of the car was in the door open position however the door was locked. The service engineers came to check the same and they could not solve the problem as the door was locked and it could not be opened from inside as well as outside since the handle was stuck in the open position. They took the vehicle to the workshop and after half an hour they got it rectified and finally the delivery was done. Does anyone from the Hyundai has a say on it?

Is this on petrol or diesel. I am planning to buy an suv and i am confused between Terrano and Creta. I liked the looks of Terrano and interior of Creta. Companies claim mileage of arnd 18-19 kmpl city on both. Perfromance wise also they are almost same. Really really confused. I dont want to go for a 3rd option of xuv 500 if both terrano and creta lays more confusion.

Hyundai launch a very good car look was very nyce. Bt bulild quality very poor compare to ecosport...

Worst company with worst ethics.
Worst company with worst ethics. Pre-booked 2 Creta the very first day with Kamal Hyundai. When the delivery started waited for a month and then asked the dealer about the delivery. They said 100k extra for delivery now as there's premium going on.

You are right. They price it high to gauge the public reception for the model newly introduced. If the reception not so good, they offer discount or offers. If thr demand surges, they increase the prices very frequently.

Its advantage is automatic where as terrano not if terrano also coming with auto we can not predict and now xuv 500 also will be an oponent of creta because of its muscular strength and other features

i have just bought hyundai creta , its infotainment system is hanged after 30 minutes of listning th music , just hanged and not work its touch screen and all buttons and countinously on a cracked sound in the all speakers like burrrrrrrrr, i have off the engine and locked the car and all its component but burrrrrrr sound is still same , i have call the road side assistance and hyundai care but they are not help me so i have decide the remove of battery turminal and cut the battery current , speakers crack sound is off and after restart the car, system is ok but after thirty minutes system is again hanged , so please any body help me this regard

Purchased Creta Petrol auto . Really surprised and very dissapointed that it does have fuel range option. ( distance to empty) A feature that has been in toyota and honda cars for donkeys years! very useful in long trips before you find the next filling station ! Apart from this very happy with the rest. Yet to test milage!!
