I own the old model of the Jazz. It's not very well equipped, but gets a great OEM sound system and dual airbags, ABS, EBD, BA come as standard. Back when Honda actually gave a damn. Looks: The new model looks like an MPV. Old Jazz is sporty looking and always makes me turn back for another look. Very well proportioned. Comfort: Reasonably comfortable. Biggest USP is space. It's better than some sedans that cost twice or thrice as much. Dashboard is quirky as well and I love how simple the layout is. Ride quality is not good and it can't handle bad roads very well. You will feel every bump very easily. Features: Not much, it wasn't nearly as well equipped as the old i20, but costed a lot more. Safety features are good as is the sound system. You also get plenty of storage, but best part is the reliability. Never have to go beyond the regular service, but service interval is short. Consider around Rs 5-6k every year in maintenance. This had a lot of imported parts from Japan so it's very well made, but yes, some parts are expensive when the need arises. Engine: Works fine in the city and ok on the highway. Not a good performer and you need to rev the daylights out of it to get the power. Struggles under heavy passenger load and on inclines. If you want an enthusiast's car, look elsewhere. Fuel efficiency: 11-14kmpl in city, 15-17kmpl on the highway (AC on in both). Best used hatchback money can buy if you're looking for a pre-owned car. I won't be selling mine anytime soon :)
